Attorney-at-law Michał Chudykowski, PhD specializes in commercial and trade law, intellectual
property and civil law. He has legal and economic education. He gained professional experience in
one of the best Law Firms in Poland originating from Kraków, and a leading intellectual property Law
Firm in Wrocław. Member of the Bar Association in Wrocław, in 2007-2009 a member of the Bar
Association in Kraków.
PhD – Chair of Private Commercial Law, the Law Faculty of the Jagiellonian University. Graduated
from the Law Faculty (Master) of the Jagiellonian University and the Institute of Economics and
Management Faculty (Master) of Management and Social Communication at Jagiellonian University.
Graduate of American Law School operating at the Law Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in
collaboration with The Catholic University of America. Graduate of International and European Legal
Studies Programme, Universiteit Antwerpen.
Participant of the 13th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. He also
gained professional practice in the prestigious Belgian Law Firm Elegis.
